EXCHANGE POLICY

BODYME CLOTHING understands that occasionally we make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer exchanges within 7 working days.

Please note lingerie is not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.

HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). If you fail to notify us within this period, you may not be eligible to exchange.

INFORMATION REQUESTED:

  • FIRST AND LAST NAME
  • ORDER NUMBER
  • REASON FOR EXCHANGE

Exchanges sent back to us without contacting us will not be accepted and you will be liable to cover the cost to have the item(s) sent back.

You will have 7 working-days to return your item(s) to our PO BOX. The address will be provided once your exchange request has been acknowledged.

We regret to inform you that shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHEN RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S), BODYME CLOTHING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PARCELS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST AND URGE CUSTOMERS TO KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE.

Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will notify you to let you know if an exchange is approved or not. 

PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR NEW PURCHASES AS EXCHANGE ITEM(S) MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
  • Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
  • Items must have all tags attached
  • To be sent back in the original packaging

Most exchanges come down to incorrect sizing matters. You will be able to exchange your item(s) to an alternative size. If the item(s) is no longer in stock, you will be able to exchange your item(s) to an alternative item within the same price range / or you will be credited.

Please be advised, we have the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy. 

If your claim does not qualify for an exchange, the item(s) can be sent back at your expense or will be destroyed upon request.
