BODYME understands that occasionally we make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer exchanges within 7 working days.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! BODYME has got you covered with our hassle-free exchange policy within 7 working days.

HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE:

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Failing to do so may affect your eligibility for an exchange.

  • ORDER NUMBER
  • REASON FOR EXCHANGE

Please ensure to contact us before sending back any exchanges to avoid any issues. You will have 7 working days to return your item(s) to our PO BOX. We will provide the address once your exchange request has been acknowledged.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

BODYME is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during returns. Customers are advised to retain proof of postage.

Once we've checked your item(s), we'll inform you about the approval status of the exchange.

Please be mindful when trying on your new purchases as exchange items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
  • Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
  • Items must have all tags attached
  • To be sent back in the original packaging

Please note lingerie is not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.

Incorrect sizing often leads to exchanges. You can swap for a different size. If it's out of stock, you may choose a similar item in the same price range or get credit. 

It is strongly advised for all customers to contact us before making a purchase if uncertain about sizing.

If your claim is ineligible for an exchange, you can return the item(s) at your own cost or opt to have them disposed of upon request.
